It had a great setting close enough to the public transport as well as Tenerife. The host met us with warm welcome. Pool area looked clean.

I recently stayed at this great apartment in a central location in Tenerife. The apartment was clean, spacious, and exceeded my expectations. It was within walking distance to Los Cristianos and had convenient public transportation options. Our host, Sebastian, took us on a fantastic tour to Teide and was both knowledgeable and attentive. The apartment had everything we needed and the private swimming pool was a bonus. it was an excellent holiday experience.

wanted to see playa de las americas popular places and this apartment was super base for exploring most of them. staff were always helpful and amicable. greatly enjoyed the kindness and efforts made by the host even so my bed was old. included a hair dryer, a bidet, and a walk-in shower, all very handy. it was nice to have a private swimming pool and a swimming pool on the terrace.

The location of Las Vinas is magnificent and unbeatable, right next to the airport and public transport. The room was reasonably large and we greatly enjoyed having a sofa bed, iron/ironing board, and an electronic key card. The host was helpful and made our trip more enjoyable. We had a nice coffee at Cafe del Mar, just a 10-minute walk away.

The location is particularly good and stunning, so close to the public transport, and the airport. , You can walk 15 mins and reach Playa de Troya.

The terrace provided stunning garden views, making it the perfect spot for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. It felt like a private oasis, far away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Noisy neighbors.

The host was very helpful and provided us with all the necessary information during our stay. The location of the hotel was excellent, just a short distance away from everything we needed. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the fact that we could easily find restaurants and supermarkets across the street.

The property had some flaws that affected our overall experience. The wardrobe's wood rim flew off with exposed nails, posing a potential danger.

Clean and spacious with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dining, and 2 balconies. Private swimming pool and plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. Fantastic stay, upgraded to two apartments, amazing terrace.

The location of the apartment was perfect for us as a group of friends, with easy access to the athletics track, beaches, restaurants, and nightlife. the communal pool and well-maintained garden area were great for relaxing, and the apartment itself was clean, spacious, and had a great view of the pool. the owners were very welcoming and accommodating, even extending our check-out time.

The location was fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and supermarkets right on the doorstep. We also loved the fact that the beautiful beach was just a short 7-minute walk away. the apartment itself was spacious and had everything we needed, including 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room that could be used for sleeping. Plus, having two balconies was a great bonus!

The apartment felt a little dated and could use some updating. it could be a bit tricky if two people were using the shower at the same time, as it affected the water temperature for both.
